OUR HISTORY

Founder, George T. Holler, Esq., established the firm to serve the needs of borrowers, lenders, and national settlement services companies. While Connecticut law requires an attorney to perform title agent functions, national settlement service companies have operated in the state for decades. These companies offer speed, convenience and efficiency to their lender and borrower customers at lower prices than traditional law firms. The Holler Law Firm, LLC works with the parties to a closing transaction as a neutral third-party facilitator providing superior title insurance services. We have the tools and the experience necessary to resolve the most complex title insurance issues quickly and accurately.

GEORGE T. HOLLER, ESQUIRE

Attorney Holler has been working in real estate since 1991 when he started his career as a title searcher servicing several vendor management companies out of Pittsburgh. Since graduating from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1997, and being admitted to the Connecticut bar, he focused his practice on residential real estate closings. After handling thousands of transactions, he has diversified his practice to include regulatory compliance and consumer debt relief work. Attorney Holler lives in Milford, Connecticut with his wife and three children.
